Status Yellow warnings for Rainfall and strong winds have been issued for Sunday as a area of low pressure will pass to the northwest of Ireland.
Some disruption and power outages will be possible but not on the same scale as storm Eowyn.

A very interesting morning looking at the temperatures across Ireland. Most of the country between 6C to 8C then down to nearly -2C in parts of Dublin. That's a mad temperature difference. Frost also reported across parts of Dublin this morning.

Good morning everyone a mix of sunshine and cloud out today with some outbreaks of rain or shows in the western half of Ireland. Temperatures will range between between 8C to 10C.

ECMWF weather model for Christmas day is very interesting with a fridgit cold northerly airmass and snowfall in the west, northwest and north. Early days yet as this is only one run.
