On May 2, 2014, I stepped out my back door and went for a walk. 11 years later, I'm still doing It.

I started doing it to lose weight and get healthier. My goal was to do it 5 days a week and I haven't quite achieved that. Over the 11 years, I'm averaging 4 1/2 days a week, and I'm OK with that.⬇️
