2. Pamela became a Wren with the Women's Royal Naval Service, H.M.S. Nile. Service Number: 35289. She died at the 64th General Hospital in Alexandria from disease on 12th February 1944 aged 20. Her remains were buried at the Alexandria Hadra War Cemetery, Egypt. #WW2 #WRNS

4. On 22nd February 1944 Jack was killed aged 28, during the fighting in Anzio, Italy. He is buried at Beach Head War Cemetery, Anzio. #WW2 #denabywarmemorial

2. Janie joined the Queen Alexandra’s Imperial Military Nursing Service. Rank Sister. Service No. 227162. She died on 8th July 1944 aged 32, Libya. She is buried at Knightsbridge War Cemetery, Acroma, Libya. #WW2 #QAIMNS

Leslie joined the Doncaster Plant Works on 11th January 1913 as a Messenger. He then joined the East Yorkshire Regiment, 11th Battalion. #WW1 #doncasterplant

He was killed in action on 23rd April 1917, France aged 19. Burial Arras Memorial, France. #WW1 #doncasterplant

2. In 1911 Walter Edwards aged 13 lived with his family at 3 Newborns Yard, Baxter Gate, Doncaster, Yorkshire.
On 24th February 1912 he started work at the Doncaster Plant as a Turner. He left the Plant and enlisted on 6th May 1915 with the Royal Navy. #WW1 #doncasterplantworks
