I suspect history will repeat soon—no real boost in U.S. output, just the Big 3 charging more to stay in line with imports. With tariffs, they don’t need new factories or higher production—just a captive market.

They are also king of recycling those plastics. プラ (shorthand for plastic) is on even the tiniest items so that they too get recycled.
