That may be debatable that there aren't grounds. It's my understanding (but wanted Thomas' input)in exceptional circumstances (like a constitutional crisis or a gov trying to retain power illegally) they have reserve powers that allow dissolution(which present times could possibly be construed as)

I'd always sort of assumed that was at least a possibility given HRH Dani's track record. Thomas- do you think there is any possibility whatsoever the lt.governor would consider dissolving this government?

Can't stand the UCP but to be fair the issue was muti-fold. (The UCP, election workers numbers down, post office strike)
