In Ukraine, it was registered as a "public organization" in 2017.
There is no way to legally stick it to PayPal. They can, technically, spent much on personal needs, while it follows statute (which I'm to lazy to search), while ukrainian volunteers can't.

In Ukraine, it was registered as a "public organization" in 2017.
There is no way to legally stick it to PayPal. They can, technically, spent much on personal needs, while it follows statute (which I'm to lazy to search), while ukrainian volunteers can't.

No worries, I can read. People listed in additional docs are georgians who were fight for Ukraine since 2014, and indeed deserve to be awarded.

Then you likely have a link on the UA Gov website, with an official order. Any award given to any unit/person has "rosporyadjenya" or "nakaz" on the gov website, with the commander, brigade name, etc.
And there will be no Georgian Legion mentioned because it is a foreign NGO, not a unit.
