Dornoch this morning. -3°C with a low winter sun and snow covering the beach. Absolutely stunning.

It’s very snowy here in Easter Ross and even Breac and Flo are tired out running through drifts and sledging with the children next door.

Unfortunately, no 5th Christmas for our dug-out-of-the-garden tree. Don’t worry, it will enjoy a fulfilling retirement on the croft. We’ve settled for a cut tree this year but I’ll grow on some Nordmann firs for future Christmases.
