Making good progress on my new fitness product! Hoping to get a free test course out in the next few weeks for people to try and review :)

Low key I’ve been slacking on my workouts - not in a “I’m not trying/putting effort during the workout” way, but I haven’t been as exact/scientific in my programming or recording.

Might take some time this weekend and build out a more specific plan again! I’ve enjoyed the mental break tho :)

I hate to say it but, having a good morning routine, eating right, going to the gym, limiting social media, walking daily, having discipline around drinking, going to therapy, seeing friends at least once a week and emotionally detaching yourself from your job does in fact make you feel better. 🙄🙄🙄
