Fining doesn't work. Say it costs £100 to take something to the tip and the fine for dumping is £500, as long as you as you don't get caught 4/5 times it's worth your while.

Fly tipping is a completely unjustifiable crime, that demonstrably leads to further crime, makes peoples lives worse and costs the country millions. I'm glad they want to crack down on it. It's certainly not authoritarian.

I agree about the tourism but sending things to other planets advances technology that can be used on earth and helps us understand our own planet.

Musk isn't American so they would need to change the constitution. I don't think that's likely. Also I think trump and musk will fall out in a major way reasonably soon. Too much ego in one room.

Part of the problem is that every time there is a mainstream discussion of issues that affect young males, someone pops up to say how x group has it worse, rw influencers at least act like they think these concerns are valid rather than dismissing them.

A few years ago I put cheques in an envelope for a contractor to collect, but it accidently went out with the post. Royal Mail used the contractors first name of the envelope and company name off the cheque to find him and deliver the cheques...
