Exactly!! Right before the finale I got the Geth and Quarian truce working, and I looked at the end and had exactly the same reaction. So destruction was out, and control just seemed to be a different flavour of "bad", especially to my Paragon Shepard.

This was my choice of ending too!! Made the most sense given all the variables and had a rather positive outlook...
