"Hurdle Over Defenseless QB" should be a #NFL stat: a defensive player acrobatically jumps over a sliding QB, deftly saving his team from a roughness penalty. Only offense players get highlights for it but it's saved many a cheap TD, + amazing to watch a DB change momentum like that

Golden State Valkyries win their first game ever! Uuuuugly game, but they won. Veronica Burton led the team with 22 pts / 9 reb / 5 assts. Kiki Iriafen and Sonia Citron of the Mystics are both awesome. Hope Tiffany Hayes is OK. Also, Tyrese Haliburton controls gravity with his mind.

I was already pretty in love with Dedra Meero in #ANDOR (yes, she is cruel, and fascinating, it's weird). The dinner scene when she talks to Cyril's mom elevated her to new level of Imperial Powertripping Dream Woman 🖤. It's complicated. And his unfinished-origami pose on the bed, perfect, familiar.

The great thing about DAREDEVIL is he really has the least weird superhero shit, his working-class revenge shtick is way more relatable than Batman's, he's kinda peak-Scorsese NY noir, his most fanciful aspects: SONAR and a grappling hook. He's just realer, I mean if you ellide the magic ninja part.

Am in a pretty low mood but I watched that documentary about Jeremy Lin, HBO's 38 AT THE GARDEN? Damn that shit was wonderful. It lays out the #AsianAmerican thing pretty succinctly but like with an unusual amount of hope.
