In NYC you can wander into a beautiful bar like BierWax on a *Monday* for a happy hour beer, no cover charge, and maybe you’ll catch a DJ set by one of the producers behind the likes of Black Moon and Smif-n-Wessun. Sure we have our complaints about the MTA and pricey restaurants etc but come on
