Exhausting - agreed. And you may be right (non-testable hypothesis) that he didn’t mean UK/France. However, it potentially being exhausting isn’t an argument for or against the proposition.

Always find your logic and conclusions irrefutable and your reasoning elegant. However, here it’s impossible to apply Occam’s razor and then to agree with you. If not, then whom?
