On our storyraid at Gateshead's Fell Dyke School this week, staff told me the children had christened me 'The Random Man' - appearing out of the blue in the middle of lessons as I did, drawing them into the world of a story and disappearing again. I'll have to add this new title to my CV...

We had a wonderful storyraid at Blackpool's Anchorsholme Academy, surprising classes with out-of-the-blue storytelling visits. The school was really buzzing with it.
