my beloved Chicago. back in the 60s precinct captains only showed people how to vote straight D tickets. in exchange they helped working class people to get good jobs. the party grew so strong that the R party could only find a clown (actual clown) to run for mayor in 1995. could be a lesson there.

This is so disturbing. The IPCC hopes we can keep our energy imbalance (how much xtra solar radiation is being trapped in the earth's energy system due to global warming) under 2.6 watts per sq meter by 2100. But we've gone from .5 to over 1.5 watts per sq meter in just the past 15 years alone...
