I’ve been enjoying my morning oatmeal as it’s a way to get healthy ingredients into my body. The oatmeal consists of oats, chia seeds, tremella mushroom cooked in cashew milk. Toppings: butter, flax seed oil, walnuts, hemp seeds, almonds. Powder toppings: high fat cacao, lucuma & maca. #DYeats

This book was a soothing balm to read. Modern values are focused on the wrong things- $, ego, material objects. I’m going to keep focusing on what is meaningful- cultivating deep connections, embodiment, vulnerability, and love. It’s the only way thru this mess.

Currently reading. It’s about how corporations & our govt have basically taught us to shame & blame ourselves & each other for systemic failures, & how to unlearn that shame. I see this ALL the time on social media and within myself. It’s a great read with prompts to promote change within yourself.
