Feeling a bit better tonight. First time in a week l almost feel normal. Even if l am having a hard time standing up and walking. But the back is not hurting right and l will take the small wins.

Broken sleep a lot of pain last night. Put the heating pad on and took a pain pill. Hopefully l can sleep for a few hours this morning.

Not having a great first week in new home. My health has tanked and l am pretty much immobile. I have back surgery hopefully waiting for me in March. Long waiting list. But it will help with pain and movement issues.
