CAARPR-led protest at Broadview ICE Processing Center. At 13:00, two security guards come out to tell people to back away from the steps, ramp, and lot gate. They then open the gate, as protesters stand in front, for no other reason than to invite an arrest. The crowd doesn’t take the bait.
