Much easier to not have a saucepan full of water to swirl and keep control of.

Deep breaths, and a cup of tea will make it better. I've woken up, as every day, feeling like my body is broken in 57 pieces. Need new bed. Now I'm trying to put myself together enough to drag the bin 200 m down to the road.
