Contracted by drinking from the primordial pool, it attaches itself to the hosts hind-brain and gestates in 1d12 days.
Each day the Character gets a self-destructive impulse. On death, the Parasite emerges with limbs made of nerves and an unknowable purpose.

Giant skeletal foot and hand prints line the landscape. Each contains 1d6 Skeletons.
The Crypt is a giant dungeon mound held aloft by four gargantuan skeletal limbs that move it across the region.
Can be summoned by ringing the bell of St.Ilin 13 times.
