Tonight, Piper and I are sat on a grass verge outside a neighbour’s house, because it backs onto Charlie XCX in concert and we didn’t buy tickets. Summer of music.

You know what I haven’t thought about in a while? The Roman Empire. After all that hype, I’ve realised I’ve gradually stopped considering aqueducts. Weird.
