Let’s use extremes in an experiment: The cross breeze is a steady 50 mph. The car accelerates from 0mph to a steady 5mph. The left/right turbine still makes power from the cross breeze, doesn’t suddenly stop. The forward motion of the car doesn’t yet dominate the vector sum of the winds.

I mean ... if it's a CROSS breeze blowing across the highway, as the car was driving forwards... that wind turbine (pointing left or right) would be generating energy not from the car's motion, but wholly from the cross breeze. That would add to the range.

While this feature was up, someone should have checked what country the DOJ was posting from. Missed opportunity. :(

US already has best computational testing in the world. Restarting physical testing will simply allow others countries to restart their physical testing in kind, and therefore catch up with US knowledge more easily.
