therapy has changed my life . my only regret is that I only started a few months ago & because of a distress situation. it's never too early nor too late . take care. 💜
I cannot stress enough how much finding the people to whom you can talk about these topics freely & without judgement is vital. there's no shame. we all have our problems, and our current society might make some of them look worse but they arent. you are a beautiful person. you deserve to be heard.
