Back in gym today time to get back to this size again, was only September but had loads of injuries since, only take me few months tone up n get my size back, muscle memory baby

The culprit of why my windscreen washers stopped working = a tiny little filter, what needed doing to get to the tiny filter = take wheel off, four bolts, 6 plastic clips that are a nightmare to get out, the wheel arch cover off, the valve and motor. Don’t put water in your tank folks in a rush

Had to go back and increase my empty man review the day later as couldn’t stop thinking about the ending
