Reminder of Raense, Star Monarch
Raense, Star Monarch. Mana cost three generic, two white. Legendary Creature - Draenei Noble. 4 power, 3 toughness. She has Space Sculptor, the keyword ability from Space Beleren that assigns each creature on the battlefield a 'sector' out of Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. At the beginning of combat, she provides three symmetric effects that you need to assign to the sectors - in one, creatures with power 2 or less can't be blocked by creatures with power 3 or greater; in another sector, whenever a creature attacks the defending player creates a 1/2 Draenei token unless the attacker pays 2 mana; in the remaining sector creatures get +1/+1 and vigilance.

I'm not sure why I posited that "things I've done before" would be harder than "work around 'sectors' and Space sculptor" but I did forget to put in the Primal Surge ability for Raense the Pure.

Suffice to say, Raense, Eredar Queen does work.

[While it's not permanent duplication obviously (that mechanic is primary blue and "a little bit, only on your own stuff" in green, and after Adagia *maybe* "for wacky noncreature stuff" in white), someone asked MaRo about creature copying where the copy is nonlegendary!]
attunepog on tumblr asks a question that boils down to, "more and more blue cloning spells explicitly make the token nonlegendary. this doesn't happen with red 'haste, sacrifice at end of turn' effects. Is there a reason?" Mark Rosewater, head of R&D, responds, "I assume we'll make one of those eventually."

[It was surprisingly tricky to figure out - very few spells from the past have "cast trigger adjacent" abilities and only affect the preexisting target of the spell. But Firstborn's Insignificance properly takes control of a planeswalker on cast, and turns either them or creatures into a 1/2 drae!]
Firstborn's Insignificance - turns a creature or planeswalker that thought they were important into a faceless, generic Draenei with one power and two toughness.

[If I use the awkward wording "Creature with loyalty counters" for Kai instead of the more intuitive "planeswalker creature", then the strict mechanical improvement of making PWs into nonplaneswalker creatures with loyalty abilities using Luxior, Sparkshaper Visionary, Sarkhan, and Gogo would work]
Luxior, Giada's Gift. Equip planeswalker 1 Equip 3, Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each counter on it, equipped permanent isn't a planeswalker and is a creature in addition to its other types (loyalty abilities can still be activated). Of importance, while not a planeswalker the character can't be directly attacked, nor does spell damage (or combat damage, should they attack or block) make them lose loyalty. Sparkshaper Visionary - at the beginning of combat on your turn, selected planeswalkers you control become 3/3 blue Birds with flying, hexproof, and scry 1 on hit until end of turn. Of importance: while not planeswalkers, damage doesn't translate into loyalty loss, but loyalty abilities still function. Sarkhan the Masterless. His +1 loyalty ability is similar to Sparkshaper Visionary's combat trigger, except all your planeswalkers become 4/4 dragons. Gogo, Mysterious Mime. At start of combat, they may become a copy of another creature you control until end of turn except Gogo's name remains, dodging the legendary rule. Both Gogo and the targeted creature get +2/+0, haste, and must attack. Notably, if it targets one of my planeswalker creature Doluusa cards (or a Gideon), it becomes a planeswalker creature... with no loyalty, so it immediately goes to graveyard. I'm pretty sure if it copies a creature affected by Sparkshaper Visionary or Sarkhan the Masterless, it does not copy their previous planeswalker card type.

[Unfortunately for my dumb ass, a lot of fun Token Copy But Nonlegendary and Copy of That Creature But With A Different Name (thus avoiding legendary rule) are mainly restricted to blue, as well as crazy tech like Ichormoon Gauntlet, Teferi time stuff, and Commodore Guff (or at least his tokens)]
Ichormoon Gauntlet, an artifact related to Compleated Tamiyo. Your planeswalkers gain a new "0 loyalty" ability that proliferates (thus usually granting ALL planeswalkers you control another counter) and a -12 loyalty ability that gives you an additional turn. Whenever you cast a noncreature, you can do a "mini-proliferate" where you choose one counter on one permanent and add one more of that counter to that permanent. Teferi's Talent. It's an aura that enchants a planeswalker grants the -12 loyalty ability from Teferi, Temporal Archmage, "You get an emblem with 'You may activate loyalty abilities of planeswalkers you control on any player's turn any time you could cast an instant.'" with the triggered ability from Teferi, Temporal Pilgrim, "Whenever you draw a card, put a loyalty counter on enchanted planeswalker." Oath of Teferi. It slow-blinks a permanent you control when it enters, but more importantly it allows you to activate loyalty abilities an additional time per turn. Commodore Guff is a red/white/blue planeswalker that cares about having and casting more planeswalkers, and his plus ability makes the token pictured: a red wizard that taps for red mana that can only be used to cast planeswalkers.

Kai, Urban Caver. Mana cost 1BG, legendary creature Elf Ranger Rogue. 3 power, 4 toughness, haste, menace, and "Whenever Kai and at least two other creatures attack, mill X cards, where X is the number of attacking creatures. If a land card is milled this way, put it onto the battlefield." With an appropriately green "exploration" ability that leers towards B marked by the italicized word Battalion, haste and menace, and the power/toughness, and augmenting his green elfishness with black mana, clearly he's being influenced by Doluusa. A reprint of Wild Hunger featuring Kai performing cunnilingus. The flavortext reads, "Fuck yes, you taste so good!" Once again, the red flashback cost of the original card is interpreted here as influence from Doluusa.
