A delicious dinner for Autumn is stuffed Marrow with Cheese Sauce. I use my Great-Grandmother's recipe, which is measured in rough guidelines - 'a small quantity beef mince, some onions & diced mushrooms, a few handfuls rice made savoury with Worcestershire sauce' etc #foodsky #glutenfree 🍽️
A dish containing 3 rings of vegetable Marrow, stuffed with a beef mince, onion, mushroom & rice mix, flavoured with mixed herbs, Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree & beef stock plus salt & pepper, before being baked for approx 45mins in a hot oven. Served with a strongly flavoured gluten free bechemal cheese sauce.

Spicy Autumn lunch today - red lentil dal with fresh coriander with a side of Gujarati spiced tender stem broccoli 😋 plus a double win as one of my kids asked to try the broccoli as he said it smelled so good 😊 #lunch 🍽️ #foodsky #glutenfree

Friday is Family BBQ night 🍔 Tonight - gluten free cheese bacon steak burger with lettuce, tomato, gherkins & burger sauce. It was scrummy 😋 though halfway through eating it the bun collapsed and I had to resort to using my knife & fork - much to the disgust of my kids! 🍽️ #foodsky #glutenfree #BBQ
