Anemia is exhausting. Investigate if your are eligible for an iron infusion. I spent decades with terribly low ferritin, no matter what foods or supplements I consumed. I had two iron infusions a couple years apart and wow, I needed them. I’m old now and remain stable and not anemic.

It is demoralizing. Every moment of every day we must acknowledge how totally unhinged and dangerous this presidency is.
