Where we're going we don't need logic
If someone is an enigma, they can't be that much of a friend. Social Media friends are enigmatic. We know what music and TV they like, what they had for supper and if their neighbours have yappy dogs, but we don't know if they pick their nose, are secret nazis, or are actually 7ft aliens called Dave

We have a statue of Clive of India in Shrewsbury. He's a controversial figure and when statues were swandiving into docks, his role as meeting place in town was debated again. He's got a plaque that explains his role in India. Nothing can undo what he did though.

I'm pleased that your child found his way into reading and the books opened up that world of joy to him. JK has made her feelings clear. Set them aside, because they really don't matter. She is 1 in 7 billion people and what matters is the love that surrounds your child and your family. ❤️

Oh. I was rather looking forward to it. In my road, there's a lady that regularly swears at her little dog, a man that blames his dog for being nosey when it's him really, two old ladies who gossip on their walk, turn around and walk back again, and a woman who is our News Of The World. Looks fun.

I would say quite a few things. Then I'd get the sack.

I'm very confused. Does all this mean that I have to fill my ottoman with bourbon, bourbons, millet and empire line dresses like Poldark?

At the end of the 70s I was buying Mr Men books for 30p and going to primary school. What's it like being ancient? Has Toby Carvery sized you up for kindling yet?

It's a common misconception. It was invented by Mr Salad Cream.
