Today is my 60th birthday. I was arrested at the first ever gay parade in Phoenix, Arizona and took care of endless friends with AIDS in the late 80s/early 90s in San Francisco and have dreams/nightmares about that time nearly every night. I thought Reagan was the very worst that could happen.

Everyone hates Russia, even Russians. I've lived here for 15 years and don't know anyone in Saint Petersburg who doesn't have ties to Ukraine.

Can we stop coddling Christian culture in the U.S. when so many of the perpetrators of heinous crimes are in the hierarchy of churches? And they don't pay taxes.
Sorry not sorry, but I think the very worst are Mormons (LDS). And they lobby (*cough* BRIBE) our senators and representatives.
