This reeks of Phil. Just like Jericho, Punk employs old carny ways and loves to manipulate the dirt sheets. Using Meltzer too for that extra 'plausible deniability'. Wouldn't be too surprised if the Rock thing was just referencing him RTing a video years ago & the 'fans' being Ethan, Jade et al 🙃🤼
