on the OTHER hand, I can see how making a lot of different workstations actually makes an incentive for players to gather in a spot and pool resources, making 'all-in-one' bases a chore to set up

Makes bases more intentional that way, I think

They weren't kidding when they said it was releasing unfinished

Like there's a lot of sauce but then you get "You must make a workbench at the workbench factory" because while I think they've got combat down, they don't really know how to set emselves apart from other buildemups

tysm! i try to separate every part onto a layer and then on another one shade a colorless version of the drawing, that ill copy on each part, usually i dont use much and effect layer like multiply on it since they kinda dont give the best colors for rendering
