Apparently garlic is generally kept out of Tibetan/Nepali monasteries. On the other hand the Tibetan restaurant near my house uses garlic as an ingredient and the Nepali documentary guy I follow on youtube is always picking wild garlic. So I'm leaving it in (grassworm.net)

1. Thulia stands in front of a whiteboard with an illustration of a typical insect (moth or butterfly) life cycle. (egg -> worm -> pupa -> imago) THULIA: Today we are talking about the life cycle! All our moths are born out of the egg as itty bitty baby caterpillars! Adolescents enter a period of hibernation--metamorphosis--a chrysalis or cocoon. Then, they reach perfection--the adult final form! A winged moth to reproduce and carry on the species. 2. Nyima looks up at Thulia, who beams and gives a thumbs-up. NYIMA: So you're going to take care of them until they become adults? THULIA: That's right!
