Got a little sample bag of this dark roast. Same New Hybrid recipe, bumped the temp down to 86 degrees.
It's nice, definitely has some roasty notes to it that linger a bit, but it's very nice in the moment. Only enough for two cups in the bag, but the last one should be nice.
