Once I pulled myself outta my comfort zone and tried new techniques, my mind started to be able to see things differently and I started to make big process.

Ever since my meds got upped, I have lived in a whole new world with a more positive mindset.
Used to, my anxiety was always at a 100 and I never thought it would ever go away.
Now? It settles around a 10 to 20 and I feel like I have unlimited power.
Fuck those who made me feel bad about it :3
