Even without US leaving NATO there's the EU treaty's mutual defense article 42(7). But would we really attack the US? They're already on Greenland...

Unfortunately, it's not that easy. Denmark would request NATO assistance, but decision at NATO are taken unanimously, and US would, of course, object.
There's also EU mutual defense clause, but knowing the heroism (sarcasm) of my EU compatriots — Greenland is gone already.
