Saw Kruder & Dorfmeister perform at the amazing Fox Theater in Oakland, CA last night (9/13/25)!! The show celebrated the K&D Sessions album’s 25th anniversary and they stayed late to sign merch after the show!! Such a great music experience. Can’t wait for them tor return to the Bay Area.

my partner and I saw them perform here in Oakland CA and nearly lost our hearing. It was THAT good. I hope they come back! Until then we're going to see Kruder & Dorfmeister in September! can't wait!!

I just heard that K&D are performing right here in my town in California in Sep. Tickets go on sale tomorrow morning. Going to jump on that. Only one show.

in the 90s I went to Japan to each English & I was so homesick. This album saved me. I have so many memories of popping the CD into my discman, jumping on my bike & peddling around the city trying to figure things out. Even now I get emotional listening to Melt Away and Forever ❤️.

have you read Night Shift (his first collection)? I read that when I was in high school and was completely floored because I’d never read anything like it before. Many of those stories are still with me.
