Please help me understand. States administer elections and EO’s are not laws. I realize the federal gvt has existing laws about election fairness etc. Is this basically an attempt to blackmail states by withholding something if they don’t comply? There has been no new law passed?

I just honestly cannot understand this level of evil. I guess this country needs to literally hit rock bottom before we realize how good we had it or could have had it. I don’t think people understood it was our government that protected us from evil and greed until it is starting to disappear.

I really can’t imagine what it would feel like to be a person like this.
