Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill” is Project 2025 in legislative form. Here’s how it quietly turns a far-right wishlist into federal law:

- Sec. 10008 - Expands work requirements for SNAP
- Project 2025: Pushes “moral reform” to make low-income people work more for food assistance.

Could he just pull me into the wilderness and away from the daily wrecking ball chaos of this county?

Each day the news just gets worse and we're literally watching our country unravel day by day. On a hike with the dogs today, I found quiet and peace in the forest. Softly falling snow coupled with my best friends made me feel slightly better.

Handling the chaos of the new administration by taking to Nature and hiking with the dogs. Seeking some escape is essential for sanity.

Took a short walk along the river this evening - the dogs loved the myriad of smells and I enjoyed a pileated woodpecker, great blue heron and a lively mixed flock of chickadees and nuthatches. Great way to end the day and release stress!
