The thing that catches my breath is pondering who I would have been amidst another upbringing, could I have also been swayed to believe that ‘others’ were the problem of my own mediocrity? Would that beget fear and then anger? Would it become intolerance of things that make me feel dumb?

Be willing to name it & act to counter it!
