I'm gonna write a self-help book and call it, "Girl, Eat a Carb," and each page is just going to be advice on what to eat with which trauma. Pasta for heartbreak, donuts for work stress, cereal for friendship drama, bagels for an existential crisis, etc. Maybe some recipes.

Introducing Lincoln and Tess. Tess was saved by Houston Cocker Spaniel Rescue in May 2018 and we adopted her on December 14. A rescue volunteer and former English teacher was inspired to name her Tess because of her love of the novel Tess of the d'Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy. Lincoln in comments.
