Oh if you're focused on this, I particularly enjoyed reading the "alternative takes" from the Gnostic text "the Nag Hammadi Library." I don't know that it touches on the queer part per se, but I really enjoyed the gospel of Thomas and how much more direct it portrayed Jesus.

There is also a book (more ancillary to the topic), called "Perv," which I felt like provides an important building block adjunct to many spiritual practices. Personally it helped me find grounding between sexuality and spirituality in my more minimal Zen life/practice.

There was a book I was recommended when I was much younger called "Gay Spirit Warrior" which I really liked. From a cultural perspective, it is still situated in western archetypes, which I don't know if you'd find problematic, but it's at least something from the space that I think matches.
