You can get to the plaza on the streetcar so that’s part of downtown in my mind but I’m sure I’m technically incorrect.

Try not to stray far from downtown though.

It doesn’t have an ocean but it does have two rivers. Also it’s not drizzly all the time and human people can actually afford the housing here, so yes, on the whole, Kansas City is superior to Seattle. *ducks to avoid dead fish being chucked at me from a northwesterly direction.*

There is one indie coffee shop for every five KC residents. You don’t have to check my math; I’m right. There are bars where the music’s not too loud. There’s art on every surface. The street cars will take you to these places for free and they arrive every 4 to 13 minutes.
