It is the worst. Brutal. Exhausting. Koko was melancholic the first few days, wandering looking for him. Luckily we were able to have a vet do it in home so she saw, but I don’t think she really understood. Last couple days she is bounced back now that she realized she gets 💯 of my attention.

Dog costumes crack me up. I don’t dress mine up only bc I live in the country and we don’t go anywhere but the vet. They like their winter coats so I probably could do something fun. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to Kai last weekend. He was game for most things. Especially dumb hats. 🥰

Four months ago the vet told me Kai had 2 months to live. That day I promised him two things: he would never have to go to the vet clinic again and that I would make him bacon every morning. He has slowed significantly in past couple days. But, the bacon continues to work its magic. 😊

Not a car cost, but my coffee doubled in price. I’m guessing auto shops won’t be serving free coffee anymore as well due to the costs.

Are you saying I’m lying or my clinic? This is what they emailed me. That they are following current FDA guidelines and don’t even have them yet and that the pharmacies are also following FDA. I’m under 65 and no underlying issue-therefore I don’t qualify.

Love the flowers from your own garden. Just gorgeous. It is supremely satisfying to pick flowers from your own garden. I made a wedding bouquet for my brother and his wife eloping last week. Not even remotely professional but felt so special.

Doberman. Rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. She now lives in MN. She’s a bit runty bc of her background. I have a 10 yo boy who has osteosarcoma and doesn’t have long left. 😞 kai was rescued as a puppy. He is big boy.
