My ancestors! This etching (circa 1629-1652) by Dutch artist Pieter de Hooch depicts Anabaptists walking naked through the streets of Amsterdam after being inspired to remove and burn their clothes in February 1535. (Rijksmuseum).Explains a lot I guess.

Yesterday, 12 dozen hot pink pepperment cookies in Xmas shapes. This morning, 7 dozen breast cookies (Betty Crocker give them a less memorable name). The grandkids & kids do love putting on the chocolate nipples when they comes out of the oven.
