It's not ego lol implants sucks for csa and remede sucks phrenic nerve stimulation is useless if the brain has no issues communicating with the phrenic nerve .
Most people with csa suffers from mental problems and Neuro degenerative brain diseases like different types of cancer .

Also phrenic nerve stimulation is useless if the csa is caused by brain itself issues . So remede is selling an illusion.
Most people with csa suffers from mental problems or Neuro degenerative brain diseases like different type of cancers .

Get an bpap device instead ,If your pneumologist is incompetent also put it in auto s mode

I can vouch for Melatonin does wonder while on sleep apneea device therapy.
Ambien is not helping with breathing tho as is for insomnia .

Implant does not work for central sleep apneea as it's brain related instead .

I recommend you the following bpap machine that also supports an automatic mode in case your pneumologist settings even for an bpap machine aren't working out for you . It's quite cheap don't waste money on expensive machines like resmed

If you not a mouth breather get a a nasal only mask .
Also get a bpap device instead ,those two steps makes tolerating sleep apneea device tolerance way better .
Having adjusted pressure even automatically based on your breathing rate does wonders even if an bpap device is slighter more expensive.
