I’ve been diagnosed as having “moderate” coronary artery plaques, by a Coronary Artery Calcium scan recommended by my doctor because I have high cholesterol, and I resisted my doctor’s advice to start taking a statin because I am otherwise very healthy. But Doc was right, and I’m taking my medicine.
