Today and this week has just been hard between the ice raids and today being 9 years since my Dad passed away suddenly. Everything was just bugging me that I threw one of Mookie’s tennis balls hard out of frustration and threw my shoulder out. It’s throbbing. I’m an idiot.

I’m so tired of my joints not working when I need them. I’m getting small five pound weights I’m slowly going to work my upper body and do step up with my legs. I know the conductor said the platform was higher but I should be able to get up.

I love Dodger fans, our train had to switch off at Union Station and the platform was way too high and of course my joints didn’t want to work. A Dodger tried his hardest to help me but the conductor got me a stool to step on. I tried to find him to thank him and buy him a drink. Couldn’t find him…
