This doesn’t seem like a positive for the home buyer. The increased interest is double a 30 year mortgage and you’ll never pay off your house. This lead to more home buyers possibly having negative equity when people want to buy their next home. This seems terrible

Don’t agree. Johnson had more longevity and was a K machine. His ERA was never below 2 for a season. Kersh did it 3x. Kersh won an MVP. RJ never better than 6th in voting. Kershaw season WHIPs 3x below .89 while RJ once at .9. Kersh 2016 was 12-4, 1.80 ERA and .725 WHIP. It’s subjective but wins me

Arguement about the 2 greatest left handed pitchers of all time is even better because I think it’s there. But yes probably greatest Dodgers, with a slight nod to Kershaw because of longevity, but Koufax was more dominant in post season. And let’s not forget Scully is probably #3…

People need to spend less time online being performative, as in the people who spoke “to your boss” and more time in real life letting people they interact with give them feedback on their behavior in real time…

I don’t think it’s just social media I would argue it’s spending too much time online in general. You create your own ecosphere where you can reinforce your own views throw and echo chamber. In general young males in particular need to spend more time off line and in the world.
