And why do we have to be poisoned by the use of chemicals in farming around us? It’s like passive smoking. I choose organic but have no control over what’s produced around me which I and nature will be negatively affected by. At least my insistence on organic production isn’t causing harm to others.

This is my constant question. The are so many people who care about nature, wildlife, fellow humans, climate. So how did we let those who don’t care set the agenda? Allow our stories to become those that justify the powerful, the greedy, the cruel? How do we buy into it? Why do we put up with it?
