I’m trying to strike a healthy balance between being informed and being oblivious.

Years ago in Quebec I used a public restroom with stalls for anyone, any gender. Folks did their business, unconcerned with the genitalia of the person in the neighboring stall, washed their hands next to whomever, and went on their way. Simple. Somebody tell Nancy Mace, please.
